My favourite sport is Yoga
Yoga: an ancient Indian philosophy and way of life, where complete harmony between our body and mind is achived by special exercise, breathing and meditation.

I first become interested in it when I was in college. I did yoga once a week with our classmates. We also had extra course after school if we had free time. We used to do yoga 3hours every time.
You don't need muxh equitment, just a mate on the ground, breathing is very important: inhalation and exhalation. Without breathing, the spiritual body and mind are not coming.
Yoga not physically purpose. It is an excercise with internal cleaning. You can take practice, don't talk.
My teacher tought me the posture and breating method simply when I in college. Light music playing around you. I vever get bored. I usually do ten posture as long as possible. I just loved to do this with regulare breathing. It's so relaxing.
Now I do this excercise once a week, especially when I tired. I'll do for release excess strss.
