Recognising yourself

In my opinion, parents, upbringing, teachers and education are the most important which influence on people's lives. Children being able to say 'yes' when they want; say 'no' they don't want. They always feel confident even there are critical problems.
speaking in a whisper, hunching your shoulders, talking quickly, rushing to fill silence in conversation and playing with your hair show lack of confidence.
leaning back in your chair, standing tall and straight, taking time to answer questions and leaning forward to listen to people show self-confidence.
